Roberto Suez, Architect, began his professional activity with projects and technical direction in small scale construction.
He latered formed with the architect Jorge Lujan, the partnership “SUEZ & LUJAN”. They developed interior design projects, for individual and collective residences.
Pedro Forner, Architect, is incorporated forming the studio “SUEZ-LUJAN-FORNER”, later becoming “SUEZ & FORNER Architects”. During this time, they worked on projects, technical direction, construction and construction management. All projects completed during this period of time were managed by the latter partnership.
“SUEZ ARCHITECTURE” is created. Design and construction quality are the basis of all projects and activities. Laura Suez, Architect, is incorporated from the start of this new company.
The company “EDILICIA Real Estate Development” (“EDILICIA desarrollos inmobiliarios”), with the principal objective of an integrated promotion and organization of the developments directed by SUEZ ARCHITECTURE, in addition to the management of the groups diverse construction companies.
The integrated business concept gives birth to EDILICIASUEZ, the natural result of the combination of the principal characteristics of EDILICIA S.A. y SUEZ Arquitectura, generating an agile and committed real estate group, capable of offering a wide range of services and competency to consumers, clients and investors.
EDILICIASUEZ is an enterprise with competencies in the complete process, generation, project development, execution and administration of real estate products.
Edilicia S.A is the real estate development company of the group. Its headquarters is in the city of Cordoba, and has been active in the marketplace since 2002.
Created by Arq. Roberto Suez, who has been performing his professional and business activities for more than 35 years in the area of architecture, construction and urbanism.
Roberto Suez, Architect, has developed, planned projects and built, through the different partnerships in which he has participated, more than seventy collective living spaces, as well as numerous individual homes, commercial, institutional and industrial buildings.
His professional training and business capacity as well as his trajectory and experience reinforce the projects of Edilicia S.A. adding strength and originality to each proposal.
The enterprise has created a variety of apartment buildings and is currently developing a number of residential, commercial, and other types of projects.
